Em...I like poetry. It is very amazing!I love to read the poetry, especially When you are old.
When you are old
When you are old and greyand full of sleep
And nodding by the fire, take down this book
And slowly read, and dream of the soft look
Your eyes had once, and of their shadows deep
How many loved your moments of glad grace
And loved your beauty with love false or true
But one man loved the pilgrim soul in you
And loved the sorrows of your changing of face
And bending down beside the glowing bars
Murmur,a little sadly,how love fled
And paced upon the mountains overhead
And hid his face amid a clowd of stars.
Happy mylotting!:)

Hello njblair! I actually don't have a patience to read on poetry. It's just that you will not know the meaning of the poem if you won't go beyond on what you read and I'm too lazy to do it. I would rather read a story than reading poems.

I like to write sonnets, especially about cats. My book, Cat-House Sonnets, 100 poems celebrating cats, won the Muse Medallion from Cat Writers Association. Check it out at my publisher's website: http://www.jorlanpublishing.com/Cat-HouseSonnets.htm
