Im with you. I love to laugh it really can make you feel good. I always will take notice to someone who has a sense of humor. I get depressed around people who have sense of humor. Your so right people need to lighten up alittle. No not alittle alot.LOL

A stranger was seated next to Little Johnny on the plane when the stranger turned to the Little Johnny and said, "Let's talk. I've heard that flights will go quicker if you strike up a conversation with your fellow passenger.
"Little Johnny, who had just opened his book, closed it slowly, and said to the stranger,
"What would you like to discuss?"
"Oh, I don't know," said the stranger. "How about nuclear power?"
"OK," said Little Johnny. "That could be an interesting topic.
But let me ask you a question first. "A horse, a cow, and a deer all eat grass. The same stuff. Yet a deer excretes little pellets, while a cow turns out a flat patty, and a horse produces clumps of dried grass.
Why do you suppose that is?"
"Jeez," said the stranger. "I have no idea."
"Well, then," said Little Johnny, "How is it that you feel qualified to discuss nuclear power when you don't know sh.t?"

Some people are very serious and I do agree that if it is a discussion about something serious, then that is the way the response should go. However there are also plenty of laughs here as well because people are often posting jokes, quotes, home remedies and that sort of stuff. They are the fun things that we all need in our life. One other thing to consider is that different nationalities and different cultures do see things in a different light, and the Aussies are known for their sense of humour, which unkind people often refer to as being warped. LOL
Alas some people only want the money they get from posting here at myLot and that means quick short answers. Ah well, it does seem that some of them are disappearing from the forum lately. No sense of humour, let along a sense of adventure, as you say ausnikki. :)
