What is short name for Dominic

Hey, guys. I just named myself Dominic as my english name. But I have no idea what to call my english name, Dominic, for short??? Help me out with this, please....

hi dominic... i think you can call yourself dom, doms, these are the nicknames of the name dominic...

Dom is the normal shortening for Dominic in English, although I believe that Dominic is more of a common name for the Irish. I think I have only ever known one Dominic anyway and he was Irish.
