Does your neighbors do stuff that annoysyou?

This might seem like no big deal to some people, but to me it is an annoyance as I find it disrespectful of other people's property. My next door neighbors moved to Washington, but were going to rent the house out. So, a family moved in and lived there about year, then they moved out, but the property is still owned by the original family and they have people every few months come and check on the house. Okay that is the background, now here is where I get annoyed. Next to this house a family with alot of kids just moved in and they soon realized that no one lives in the house, though someone still owns it. So they let their kids run around the whole front yard, play in the backyard, even though they have the same size yard, dump trash and furniture that they don't want (i.e. mattresses, toilets, boxes), plus constantly park their cars in the driveway. Why do people do this? I was taught that if it is not yours, then don't touch it, especially if the person is not around becasue then you are being sneaky.
