Apparently Americans for Tax Reform's Derek Hunter's idea to prove conservatives have a sense of humor is to get as many of them as possible to pose wearing a Snuggie. http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0309/20558.html So far Tucker Carlson and Joe the Plumber are among those who have agreed to this. No word yet on whether the Snuggie is large enough for Rush Limbaugh or not...lol! Annie

I guess Joe the Plumber will never, ever go away! Can't he & Sarah Palin put their Snuggies on & go hide on an island somewhere? Seriously, these things look ridiculous but I guess they are the thing to have. I'd rather wrap a blanket around me & deal with the "inconvenience" of it. As for Rush, I'm sure the Sniggie is one size fits most & his big head alone would rule that out!

You're right about Rush - he'd never be able to get into one! Annie

Joe the (not) Plumber is still getting press? That guy is like a roach that won't go away! As for the Snuggie...I wish I had thought of that. My kids used to wear their bathrobes backwards all the time...just because they were kids...and I never once thought of using that habit as a marketing strategy.

I swear if I had a dollar for every "As Seen On TV" item about which I said, "I should have thought of that!" I'd be a millionaire! Annie

I think so, too. Tucker is kind of cute and he clearly has a good sense of humor and is a good sport. He HAD to be to go on "Dancing With the Stars"! Annie

Snuggies have to be one of the stupidest thing anyone's come up with. I said that to my oldest daughter who thinks they're neat. I told her to buy a robe that's way too big and wear it backwards.

They are stupid but I sure wish I'd have been the one to design the dumb thing! Annie

Hi. anniepa. This is something here! I don't know these two guys at all, but I do know that they look so silly dressed up in a Snuggie blanket, it would have really helped if one of them was smiling too.

LMAO My 5 year old wants one of those things. I really don't see how taking a picture in a snuggie makes one funny, I think they may look funny but, that doesn't mean they have a sense of humor. Maybe if the caption under it was, "I'm an a$$ and now I look like one." than maybe.
