I have not tried turkey because I have not found a store which sells turkey in my area. I do like chicken.

i love chicken because it is so versitile! you can have it so many different ways. we have it in stir fry; we have it with pasta; we make quesedeas with it; we have it in salad...we get it from a chicken butcher and get it cheaper than the grocery store, so we eat it a lot.

i like chicken more. i didn;t try turkey upto now .
i like to cook chicken steamed with rice called chicken biryani in india .and i also like to take as a curry, and we as indians, make many varieties of chicken curries like pepper chicken, butter chicken, chilli chicken, chicken stew, etc .
and i like to take chicken as a snack also called chicken pakodi, chicken 65,chicken manchuria, chicken cutlet etc.
and i like to take chicken soup also.
so i try all varieties and try to make every time in a new variety .

It really depends on what mood I am in. There are alot of days, where I think it would be great to have a nice ol turkey, with all the fixings but just don't have the time. We eat alot more chicken in our house, baked, fried, broiled, grilled. I love fried chicken as well, and the skin is the best, though I know it's not the best thing to eat, I save all of the skin for the last bite because it's the best.
