What's the first thing that you do immediately upon waking up?

The first thing that I do upon waking up is check my phone for messages and the time. Then, I'm off to my morning rituals.

i check the time, freak out if im late, and if im not, i begin by doing my lymphatic breathing and stretches. then i start screaming at my kids to wake up. :)
