Has anyone ever tried the Ameriplan home business?

Hello liza369! Yes, I've tried the Ameriplan home based business before. It wasn't a good experience for me. I liked the concept at first, but things didn't work out that way. While I was a member, Ameriplan lost their BBB status, which was hard to explain to people. The team website that I had didn't mention the costs involved, so people would submit their information, I would call them, they'd be all ready to get started, then they would hear what it was going to cost and be upset. It seemed misleading to me and made me feel bad. Two of the IBOs that I signed up had problems with the company and I ended up getting their angry calls. The few members that I had didn't stick around long. Also, they switched the membership cards, but didn't inform me and didn't send my new card for a long time. When I asked to be reimbursed for the months I was unable to use my membership card, they said no. All in all, I'm very happy that I'm no longer with them. While I was still with Ameriplan, I found another home based business that I'm still with today. I'm a lifer with this one :) I've had no problems whatsoever with this. I feel good about what I'm doing and enjoy working my business. Building my business supports children and causes that I believe in. The company is always working to improve things for their members and care a lot. That's a company I want to be a part of and I'm glad that I am. I have a link to that home business in my profile. Actually I did do that for awhile, it might work if you ahve alot of friends and acqurinatnces that want to buy, but basically it didnt work for me. I didn tsell any. I did keep the benefits for myself for several weeks though.
