I have a friend who brushes her teeth every time she eats regardless if it is just a snack or a complete meal. She felt uncomfortable if she don't brush. For worst scenario, wherein she can't brush, she would have at least has to gurgle. I was a bit confuse if its the right thing to do. In my case, I brush my teeth 2-3 times a day. When I wake up in the morning, after lunch (it depends on what I eat)& before I sleep. I am just wondering what practices you have in terms of brushing your teeth?

As for me, I brush my teeth twice time a day.Because I am a smoker, there are an odd semll in my mouth and some disgusting plaque on my teeth. Before I go to bed at night and after wake up in the morning, I'll brush my teeth.during the day ,I always chew gum.
A soft toothbrush and a pipe of toothpast are nessary.I am using the WITHI DENTIFRICE made in china these days. I think it works.

I always brush my teeth every after meal...(breakfast, lunch, snack-if there's any and dinner) we should always brush our teeth.. it's one of the most effectual ways of eradicating plaque. Brushing our teeth softly with a soft bristle toothbrush is just as efficient than a forceful brushing with a hard bristle toothbrush.. An effectual brushing takes two to three minutes.. Apart from brushing, we should floss too.. it helps to eradicate plaque...so practice the habit of brushing your teeth 2-3 times everyday..

I have braces so I have to brush and pick after every meal, it's annoying! I use to only brush twice a day. My husband only brushes once a day but he brushes for like ten minutes (literally). He's a weird one though :) lol

My routine goes like this. I brush in the morning after my coffee. Then I go about my day. I brush my teeth again before bed. I may floss in the middle of the day if I think about it. But usually I save that for before bed too. Don't have time for much else.

Brushing twice a day, once in the morning and once before going to bed is generally recommended at the least. There is no maximum limit. Thre times, four times or each time after eating something, it is always beneficial. Minimum needs to be maintained. Sometimes a person goes out of home and does not find possible brush every time after eating something due to situation.

Its a good habit to brush teeth as many times as possible and after having anything. If we can't brush then having a gargle is also good. I brush two times in day. Once after waking up and second time before going to bed rest of the day goes in the office. But on sundays I brush three times and do gargle after eating anything as it protects your teeth from decaying from germs. I think there is nothing strange in it and evry dentist do advice this.

Most of the time I brush my teeth twice a day. The first time is when I wake up. The last time is before I go to sleep at night.

your friend has got very good habit.even i brush my teeth thrice a day.and if i eat something sweet ,i just gargle with water other wise i feel uncomfortable.
its always good to brush teeth, after eating.it helps keep the teeth clean and away from any tooth decays or bacterial attacks.prevention is always better than cure.

I brush my teeth twice a day. I never forget to brush my teeth when I wake up in the morning and before I go to sleep. I don't feel it necessary to brush my teeth after lunch. Some cool water to clean up is enough. I always feel uncomfortable in my mouth if I don't brush, and I can't fall asleep if I don't brush my teeth. That has become my must-do habit.

I brush my teeth three times a day, after each meal that I eat. I don't brush after each snack that I eat but I think that brushing after each meal allows me to clean up any remaining food and sugars that I didn't swallow. I think that it is best to not brush anymore that 4 times a day because your teeth can only handle so much and it can run down your enamel. Good luck and happy mylotting.

I try to brush after every meal and snack to prevent plaque and bad breath. I am very conscientious of this because I don't ever want to offend anyone by breathing bad breath on them. I also gargle at least once a day. I don't floss everyday, but do it as often as I remember.

I brush my teeth two times a day, including morning and night. In the other cases, such as after lunch or just a snack, I'll gargle. I was once told by a dentist that this is a good way to protect our teeth, because whenever we eat something, there will be many bacteria in our mouth, if we don't clean it, it will easily result in periodontitis. Therefore, to protect our teeth, I suggest every one follow the instructions of the dentist.

I don't know exactly how many times I brush my teeth because sometimes once or twice. It will be easy for me to tell you weekly because it may be 7-10 times.
I am feeling very lazy to brush my teeth in the night sometimes.
But sometimes manages to brush in the night too.

Colgate makes a disposable toothbrush called "Wisp". It's relatively cheap for the convenience it provides. I just started getting these for work after lunch. I brush at least two times a day (morning and night), but most times I'll also brush during lunch (if I go home or bring a toothbrush to work) and sometimes 1-2 random times during the day when I feel like it. I'm more spontaneous in daily things, I don't usually have a set schedule for anything.
