Everyone has issues with something in their Job...What is it in Yours,and in an ideal world,what would you like to be able to do make your workplace perfect?! Thanks for responses!

when I was working was some of my workmates,
thay talk against you behind your back. Some
mistakes even not mine they accuse you of doing it.
They always wanted you to treat them.

Workplace gossip goes around in every business or office..mostly,it's communal chat,whats going on,who's seeing who..it helps pass the day.Those starting the malicious kind and keeping it going want to be in control of things,and thinking they are,even though they're usually not-usually there are about 3 choices available for something to do-You could fight back (giving back as good as you get..),ignore it,knowing you're in the right (so does the Boss,hopefully),and show yourself to be a better person by rising above it (Nil carborundum illegitemi!), or Leave there for something better..I hope the situation gets better for You!

I haven't been on work ,but soon i will get on the way to work and earn independently. I have heard a lot about job issues,strict bosses, workmates hard to get on well, stress from family, customers hard to deal with……maybe little plants, light music could ease your mood. Just my imaginations, hehe.

I don't really think that there's such a thing as a "perfect job"...cause human beings never really get satisfied. So I guess its a matter on how you enjoy your job...if you enjoy your job then its the time that it turns out to be an ideal job.

I don't think we'd be calling it "Work" if things were perfect! I was just fishing for ideas how to make things better..they don't have to be realistically achieveable!

I work a relative easy job, we have lots of reports and violations to do on a regular basis. We had a issue where one department was not following there procedures I wrote them up and my boss would not back me up. They were allowed to change the procedure with out the states ok. I work with tribal gaming. we are there to enforce the rules, prevent cheating etc. We basically police the whole casino. Ideal work place would be home with my kids.
