Through life more and more better, people is becoming more and more busy and lazy at the same time, and start to have dinner in a restaurant more often. But I think sometimes we also cook dinner by ourselves.
For me, we will cook in home around 4--6 times every week. I admit that my wife make dinner more, and I wash more. I must make dinner for us whenever she is angry , so I must make her happy usually.
What about your family?

Hey, nothing wrong with good fried eggs lol. I love omlettes myself, and my husband doesn't do such a bad job on that either! He does have his specialities. He makes really good drinks too! But, I guess that's not food lol. Namaste-Anora

First of all, I took a double take on the title of this discussion. "Who do you cook more---" really made me go: "Whaaat?" And then I read the description below and I understood...
Anyhow, on the context of the discussion, I have to say it is I who cooks more. Why? Because I don't have a partner. That's all.

Both of us cook equal times. But I am always cleaning the kitchen. We seldom eat out. Maybe once a month??? If that, sometimes less.

Generally I do all the cooking but my husband will go and fix himself something if he sees that I am occupied. He doesn't cook for me though unless I am sick. I am a sort of traditional wife I think I should cook for my husband. He will do things like unclog drains and go out late at night for me and we keep things pretty harmonious that way.

At this time of the economic gloom, cooking at home is not something to be taken lightly. I do eat more at home nowadays as it helps reduces budget spendings.
Besides, cooking at home tends to give us healthier food. Cost is also reduced compared to eating out. The family that eats together also stays together.

I've not married yet, so I have to cook for myself every day. I seldom go out to dinner in restaurants. That's too expensive. Besides, I have more appetite if the dinner is cooked by myself. It's also a kind of pleasure to cook. When I start cooking every day, I can't help thinking of its delicious tastes as if I'm eating it.

Hi, friend. Your story sounds very interesting. I do most of the cooking stuff when I have to. My wife is not good at cooking. If we are both lazy sometimes, we just eat out or go to my parents to enjoy dinner together. My parents always cook rice and food on time. I really appreciate my parents' who provide us much convenience when we are busy with our work. Have a nice day and good luck!

I cook less than a handful of times a month. My boyfriend cooks maybe 2-3 times a week. He loves to cook and is very extravagant about it. I'm more of a microwave - 15minute meal kind of girl. I cook "gamer food". Something fast so I can get back to playing my video games. ;)

When me and my bf used to live together, he cooks for me.
I live alone now and he is in Belgium. I have plans of living together with him in Belgium within this year.
I love to cook but not for myself only. I eat out most of the time but when I used to live with my family, I am the cook in our kitchen

In fact my mom often cooks dinner for us because we have to go to work. When we don't have to work, usually I like to cook for my family because I like cooking. I enjoy doing it and it's quite happy to see my family enjoys eating my dishes.
I love China

I do the majority of the cooking. In fact my husband would only cook if I was sick. Now that I am pregnant he is spoiling me a bit. The first 2 months I was so nauseous and weak, so he did all the cooking for me. Since then I have gotten better and he helps out about 50/50. He is not a bad cook...but I tend to like my food better .

I agree on what you said, people is becoming more and more buzy and lazy at the time,For my family , i will cook during weekend when there is no work and relax at home, while during working we are tried after work, rush back to home is about 8pm plus minus, we just take away or walk in to restaurant enjoy our dinner,we have no times to cook after work due to tracffic jam and after work back home late.
