Are you fond of painting?

I like to draw, and i have skills on it. But i never tried painting yet. One time my supervisor told me to go to bookstore and buy painting materials and a book for beginners. I told myself why not. I really love to see the work of other people. The creativity, the passion and the art is there. Wow, they are also sold at a high price too. I would like to buy painting materials in bookstore and start my own painting soon. Hehe. happy mylotting!!Smile Always!

wxc6822, I really like painting, but painting does not reciprocate it. I hope to be good at it one day, if I'll have the time to actually allot to the realization of such hope. hi wxc I like painting but I think it didn't like me lol. I appreciate great painting no matter who did it, either a known painter or not. I tried learning how to paint because I love putting colors together in a canvas or paper or parchment but most of the time they turned out like a kid had done them I did a paper mache of a miniature castle when I was in college just for fun and painted it... And voila! it turned out pretty good and vivid wooot! that's the only thing that came out good. lol a combination of art hee hee... I can draw though using pencils and pastels... mostly building facades and cartoons since I love to draw on my spare time when I was in Elementary and High School... hmmm. as for going to museums and exhibits, I do attend those when I have the time on weekends since my weekdays are devoted to work ... I wish I can go to Louvre Museum in Paris to see the paintings of the great artists though... ^_^

i like painting and i also go to watch exhibitions. i used to draw and paint also some time ago.but now i have given up painting because of lack of time.
