Nomincashout is it true or a scam

Hey, hello to everyone out here, guys, i'm facing some problem with nomincashout, when i open it , it says its updating, now what comes in my mind is that, they are going to close it, some peoples say they've been paid, but i know my .36 dollor they've shown it yet to be paid for more than a week and now this, so please help me out fiends, tell me your view, what do you think??

Hello, Me too, I have been paid by the site. Twice already. and already more than half of my third payment when the site upgraded. Hopefully they will be back soon. happy mylotting

Well thats good, but i doubt that they'll return, the most probable thing could be that they've ran out of money

currently nomincashout is undergoing an upgrade.i have receive my 3rd payment from them and have upload it onto my blog.you can go check it out.as long as the site pays and i have the payment proofs on my blog, it is not a scam site.

I think that NoMinCashout is not a scam. I have been paid once and am halfway to my second payment. They are upgrading and adding new features now and I am sure they will be back very soon. It takes usually a week to get paid but they are legit.

Yea thats what i'm hoping, but they even didnt paid me the first, every time i opened my profile stats they say your first payment is yet to be paid,

Sorry , just like you, i haven't been paid yet. I asked a payout for $1.05 a week ago, and now their site says that they are upgrading their system. I hope they do pay, i am still waiting just like the rest of you guys here.

I think nomincashout is a scam, because i can not open the webpage for a week.

I have only just joined them, so if it does turn into a scam, it want really be a big problem for me, but I hope that the problems they are having are just software upgrade problems, although it seems to be taking a long time. There are enough companies coming and going at the moment as it is and it would be nice to get to some stability within all of this.
