If God is loving, why is therre so much pain?

Pain was not part of GOD'S original design. Lovee on the other hand was, and GOD knew that in order for love exist, free will would also have to exist. In a world where He gave humans the choice to love or hate, He knew some would choose latter and would inevitably be the price. GOD want's to be loved for who He is for His mercy, grace, kindness, compassion, and other attributes and not because He makes life easy. Have a nice day to all of you!

To be honest I dont believe in God. I think we make our own way in life, and there is pain and suffering becuase we as humans allow it. If everyone made an effort, there would be no wars, no unnecessary dying or suffering and no crime, but there is greed and other sins in the world and many people will simply give into them becuase they lack morals and understanding.

I might agree with you that... pain is usually a result of man's action. I would also like to think that in order for us to know happiness or joy, one can't escape pain that will eventually make him/her realize that joy is the opposite of it. and make him value every single minute of being happy for he had experienced the pain before. WHAT AN INTELLECTUAL TOPIC BROW! Very NICE... :) No doubt... it's yours

If there is much pain in the world, it is because of man's depravity and sinfulness. Man's sinfulness caused much damage and harm to the world and its people. Remember Hitler and two world wars were all due to man's evil nature.

the way to our happiness is through our pain. you cannot understand the true meaning of happiness if you don't suffer from pain. god is loving and he's the only one who knows what is best for all of us. in order for us to understand him more is by believing in him w/all our hearts.
