Loyalty Vs Money

If you work for a place for a long period of time, and the people treat you so good at that place. Would you consider taking another job offer, which they will give a better salary and benefits. But that is a new environment you are not familiar with, and you won't know the people's relation at the new place. Would you stay at the job, or would you take a risk, accept the offer from another job?

If I already have pleasant work environment, I will not take another job offer.
For me, this is too precious to release. To get more revenue, in my opinion, it is better to seek more income in other ways, on line or off line.
