how do i get to do a task?

i have come back to myot after may be three months . and now i see a new tab for tasks. but then when i clciked on it it said 'no tasks available for you'
So is this the same for everyone. Does someone offer tasks to specific people? how does it exactly work?
has anyone done any , and what is the nature of the tasks?

yes I believe everyone gets the same tasks, so they probably ran out of them by now.

Task is not all the time sometimes also i get a tasks but after an hour it will no
longer there. i believed that they put a tasks in every single time
and also i noticed that a task is unique for every body i mean.. i have a task it
does that you have also a task. but today as of this moment i don't have a task..
and for your information.. tasks really can help to increase our earnings.
i had finished created a task and i earned .10$ for it.. so its really a good and
hopefully many more tasks to come..
