In my country Malaysia.. I Love You is means ...
SAYA CINTA PADAMU/SAYA CINTA KAMU...
but also can use AKU CINTA PADAMU/AKU CINTA KAMU .

im from philippines and in different provinces, we also have different dialect so we can say i love you in many ways like:
PLACE DIALECT TRANSLATION
Cebu cebuano gihigugma ko ikaw
ilocos ilocano ay-ayatenka
pampanga kapangpangan kaluguran daka
pangasinan pangasinense inaru kita
