Where is the best beach resort to go in Cebu?

When my husband was assigned in Cebu (2007-2008) we spent many weekends in a beach resort in Mactan Island, The Tambuli Beach Club. There are 3 adjacent beaches there, you enter one and you can be in any of the 3 beach resorts which have different ambience. The entrance fee is P350 pax but the P300 is consummable. You can order food to stay within the P300 but the buffet is P450 so you pay P150 only extra. There are cottages where you can stay. The sand though is not smooth compared to Panglao or Boracay but there are water sports you can enjoy. And if you have more time why don't you proceed to Bohol? It's just 1 and a half hours by fast craft, and there are 10 trips daily from Cebu to Tagbilaran. After visiting the Chocolate Hills, the tarsiers and other spots there go to Panglao Beach for the best ever beach relaxation.
