What do you do if you wake up too early in the morning?

I hate tossing and turning and even read somewhere that it's better to get right out of bed than to do it but I hate when I wake up at 4 or 5 am and can't get back to sleep. Of course there's nothing on tv to watch so I'm very happy to get on my pc and do whatever I feel like doing at the moment. It's play games online, read my email or just surf the net for whatever I'm interested in at the moment.
What do you do when you wake up too early in the morning? Are you a morning person and love it or just the opposite?

Depending on the hour, if I can't get back to sleep I get up and get on my computer! Sometimes I do other things, but I will usually at least check my email first.
