I always feel so lonely when I am in a cinema alone, especially when I'm upset. Do you think it's a good place to go when upset? Or do you think it's just a place that friends can go hanging out?
How do you feel when you are in a cinema alone? Do you feel lonely or else?

I watch a lot of movies and I think if you feel lonely it is something that you are feeling despite the movie you are watching. I can deeply relate to the movies I watch and give most of them complete attention. You can come away from a good movie refreshed and energized or even happy.
Try some of these movies:
1. Message in a Bottle
2. An Unfinished Life
3. Swing Vote
4. Maid of Honor
5. Walk The Line
.............................And Many More

I have never gone alone to a movie in the theator. I would feel embarased since usally everyone else goes with someone. But its funny Most people feel like they have to go with someone to the movies but yet they cant talk to them while watching the movie you think the movies would be a place for people to go alone to.

It depends on the type of movie you are watching. Some movies are watchable with families and some with friends and some alone.Decide before going to the movie ,with whom should you watch it.

I have been to the cinema alone a few times when I was travelling alone. I think it is actually a good place to go if you're upset because you can get involved in the film and forget about your problems for a while. But you should go to a comedy or something not a weepy or romantic film. And maybe it's better to go at less busy times so you don't feel so alone watching other people with their friends or partners.

Hi, Clarissa1247! I think that I went alone to the cinema/movies one time. And, it was a feeling of peace and independency that I felt. I liked that feeling. And yes, I think going to a cinema for me if I was mad, would be alright. I mean, the movie could make me laugh and I will feel a little better. I may not be as much as angry anyomore. And the sight of people enjoying themselves will boost my mood just a bit too. I think that being in a cinema alones would work out for me. But, if I feel that I am so angry that I can't control myself I will leave. But, for someone else they may can't take being in a cinema alone while angry.

I do not go very much in cinemas... Unless I'm invited... ^_^
I think it's a little lonely if you go alone, unless you really wanted to watch the movie and nobody can accompany you...

Actually, it's good.. especially if you're a film genius. I mean, if you're very particular with details. ...
