I love the guitar. It's one of the only instruments that can play more than one note at the same time, meaning that you can quite easily sing along to it.
It only took me a couple of months to learn practially every chord in the book, so I really love it!
I can also play several other instruments, but this one has to be my favourite!

My favourite has to be piano because for around 15 years I was a pro. keyboard player. I currently own a Yamaha Clavinova (CFP 409) and a portable PSR 3000 that I take to friends houses at parties etc. - These instruments are great and I can only wish that they were available when I was working clubs etc.

Keyboard is nice but if you have a gf, you would've preferred a guitar over a keyboard. Something you can carry along with you. Nowadays, every musical instrument is a blend of technology. I'm talking about the electronic guitar and stuff. But however technologically advanced, you make musical instruments, the original is the original. i mean you can never compare the Sitar or the Tanpura with any electronic counterpart of its...

yea the original instrument is the best but an instrument like the keyboard allows you to improvise on it and gives a boost to your creativity....with a sitar or tanpura u cant create sounds of an electric guitar...can u???

Well ya actually, its like what my physics professor used to say, "Compare apples with apples !!!". You can't compare either of them. Well let me tell you a very funny thing, a sound that no non-electronic instrument can make. We have a dot matrix printer at college which makes the most funniest of noises while printing. If you are a music composer, be sure to buy a dot matrix printer....

My favourite is the acoustic guitar, steel stringed. I love the way it sounds! And I play allot, I'm currently playing with BEBEBE tuning!

Hi!
At the moment I have a classical guitar but I love flamenco music, so I would surely love acoustic guitar but I think my next guitar will be an electric solo guitar (with floyd rose trmolo for the biggest guitar solos :D ) because my heart is for that type of music. And I feel like playing songs on solo guitar and there are songs that I would play but unfortunately I cannot hold down as many bunds on a classical guitar as I can on a solo one.
At all my favourite instrument is guitar by the way I love piano and drums too.
