when is the right time to say i do?

I feel that when you both love each other for each other, know one another and yes yes yes have your money in order. No you don't have to be completely stable, but it is best to have money saved for a rainy day or even a sunny day in this economy, Never say I do for the incorrect reason cause people do and it don't turn out right. For example an un planned pregnancy is not a reason to get married but people do it all the time..........Great Day!
