What is the definition of 'LOVE' for you?

There is indeed no definite definition for this common word. It is so well used that we all have different interpretations for it. I even have made numerous poems that had love as its theme with different degrees and variety. Anyway, its meaning would always be subjective to those who use it. There's this kind wherein it is seemingly selfish. Then there are those that are subjective. They would always imply that it shouldn't be by force and so on.

Love is a wonderful feeling but it is more than just a feeling. people have their own definition of love depending on their own experiences about it. I want to share to you a message i've got about love. here it goes... " Love means trusting yourself with someone who has seen you at your worst and love you in anyway. It means teasing each other and laughing at inside jokes nobody but only two of you can understand. It means feeling safe enough to talk about anything and having the patience to work out disagreements. It means counting on someone who sympathizes when you had a bad day, worries about you when you have gone too long and always welcomes you with open arms no matter what. " so LOVE a lot. Godbless!

Hmmmmm. For your first question: Love is a strange feeling. It can't be described with words. It can only be felt. And when it comes to your life it changes everything. For your 2nd question: Love is something where you will feel like a stranger to yourself. Everything in you will change. You can go to any extent for the person you love. Everything in this world will be apart from that person. She will be always in your mind and heart and soul. She can be the only reason for you to be happy. Everything will be meaningless when it comes to her. You can feel her when she is not with you. Boundaries will be nothing when you are in love. Well it was not a good definition.lol Just tried to define it.

hmmm....love for me is kinda complicated but simple to understand... if he/she miss u and always wanna be ur side whenever u need him/her, feel lonely, or in any situation...always call u just to hear ur voice...always cheer u up when u'r sad or lonely...always smile when u'r happy...always trying to make u happy even that hurt him/her badly...always forgive u whenever u hurt him/her... so love is sweet, kind, but sometimes need sacrifices... =)

I have studied a lot of things in the past and from the Bible. Today there aren't many people who can really explain the word LOVE. So, I offer only an idea, not a true definition. Sometimes a good way to digest the meaning of a word is to look at the possible opposites; called anonyms. In this case, it beening what most people think is an emotion, you may consider some thoughts like; what is anger,jealousy,hate,envy,lust. Then when you compile a list of anonyms, you might think of the opposites for each of those words. Hope this helps, I've got to go.

Love is life. We can not live alive without love. Love has no color. No flavor. No taste. It is a name of our good feelings. We need it in every step of our life. Hate is opposite to love. It stands for likeness and hat stands for dis likeness.We all are here due to love. Love causes peace. It creates interest in living. Love is God and God is love. I love is a sentence we all wish to listen it.

In my opinion, love is when two people like each other despite the flaws. Two people in love laugh at each other for the little things that they can't stand in other people. When you first start to love someone your friends and family can tell. You glow, shine, and sparkle. Love is when you can't be mad at each other - you try to be but do not accomplish anything and just end up apologizing. Love is unconditional.

You often wonder at a couple who doesn't seem to keep it together all the time but they are still together because they do love each other. We don't see why they could love each other but they just do. Love in all its glory, is complicated to explain yet it is simple. Love is contradictory the list does not end. and at most love is painful cause we share so much of ourselves to the ones we love, we have formed bonds with a special person it hurts us too much to break it.

My definition of love, MMMMM......... According to my own words, personal opinion, it is two people who develop a mutual special feeling for each other. Sometimes, it tickle if they don't see each other, or heard from each other in a certain period of time. Sometimes, this feeling go way beyond financial benefit, or way beyond friendship. Two persons just want to spend time together.

Actually, the definition of 'love' is very hard to described. Because it can come in many forms and for different people the definition is different. So, there isn't any exact way to describe it. Anyway, everyone of us need love to stay alive and happy..

i've been thinking about that question but unfortunately, i still can't figure out how or to answer it. it's a mystery to me. why do i love? i don't know. hehe. i just feel it. but love maybe, is something that makes living fun, despite all the hurt, pain and tears that come with it. just that. Love is the most beautiful word in the world,and love is the most powerful of all. There are many kinds of love,such as love between family,love between friends, love between lovers.In the case of love between lovers ,i prefer the two of us encourage each other when we confront difficulties, share our happiness.

love means sacrifices, believes and understanding. In helpless when you find yourself in one's arm that is love. Love means kiss, say good wishes to some one special and make us keen to live.

Love to me is having partner who does everything in their power to make you happy,within there capabilities,to care,to emphathis,who listens works hard towards your best interests,with out complaint.I endeavor to do this for my husband and he does all this for me.Share the good times and bad times,forgive each other for mistakes we make a long the way,to have a laugh with,to cry with.Trust and love go together and respect each other as well.Share everything ,but keeping a bit back and the other person understanding that.It is an easy question you ask on the surface but has so many different answers .xxx
