Anyone else getting very low click values on their adsense ads?

I have several blogs and one website. One of the blogs gets clicks as high as $1 but my website constantly gets one 10-13 cent daily. It is very frustrating as at this rate it will take me ages to reach payout.
Does anyone else have this problem?
