Buxheaven.org is down?

What is wrong with Buxheaven? It has been down for 2 days, it seem like it is scam... It is very popular these days to create scam PTC sites. I don't believe in any of them except Bux.to (which is trustworthy, but their payments are way too slow [one year of delay]) and Neobux. When I saw almost one month long discounts I knew that something wrong is going to happen to the site. Because of those "too good to be true" sites I don't invest anymore. Well, I'm kind a off the topic so let's get back to Buxheaven.org. What do you guys think about it? Is it scam or they are making an extremely long update? I think they are scammers and I'm glad I didn't invest in the site while it was still stating that it will stay online for years and years.
