Which do you think is the better ite for me to sell my knitted & crocheted creations at the price or close to the price I want for them? I have made all sorts of things like pot holders, stuffed balls for children & I'm currently knitting a nice womens top.

Etsy gets alot of great reviews from individuals who love arts and crafts, and ebay seems to be getting the bad reviews lately. It's according to what is easier for your business! :) If it's special one-of-a-kind items, then you might want to try etsy.
With etsy you get to make your own store and it's customizable. Although people also go to ebay to find cool stuff. Have a great day. Hope you have the best luck ever on your handmade items! :) have a great day! ;)

Thatks for your response, i think it's made me more indecisive but that's only because ebay is easier for me as I have an account there as it is but etsy seems to be the way to go.

Why don't you try selling them on both? I've never sold anything on either site but I know that they both get a nice amount of traffic. What are the fees like on etsy? From what I've heard I think there are less fees on Etsy than on Ebay, but I could be wrong. Good luck selling them! You should post pictures here :-)

I will have to take some pictures & put them on here :) First I have to find my camera - I put it in one of those good spots where even I can't find it lol.

I've never really heard of etsy, but I've bought a lot of good stuff off of eBay.

For things that are handmade, i think Etsy will be a better place to sell them.

i really think I may have to give this site a go depending on what their fees are compared to the Aussie site madeit.com.au (not a referral link) that I currently have my shop.
