Visa debit card or Credit card?

I have a paypal account and it needs to be verified. Can I verify it through a visa debit card? Or do I need a credit card? Any way the main problem is that I have no credit card or visa debit card. How can I buy one through online? Can I pay them from my unverified paypal account? Just help me if you have knowledge about it.

get you a greendot.com pre-paid debit card.i've used one of those,it works.
they sell them in stores too you can get one there.
i'm not sure you can pay out anything from paypal til it's verified,i know they didn't let me.

i think it cost me like $20.
there was a fee of 9.99 and then the rest was money to use.

Yes, you can use a visa or mastercard debit card. If you have a checking or savings account with nay bank they should give you one for your account - you may have to ask though.
If you do not have a bank account - you can get a prepaid visa debit card from WalMart for just $3.00. I do not know if you can get one on-line at WalMart.com though.

You can received your paypal earning thru your Bank Account also.
Give your bank account number and BSR bank code to Mylot.
There is option of Bank account, credit card or debit card.
So keep trying more and more earnings and get earnings at your saving bank account.
