well what I feel the people not neccesarly get the job where they intented to I mean passion comes when it lnks with your heart but if there is something which you dont like to do still you are force to do ,by this I mean to say you enjoy doing work when environments of the office suits you.But its like constant yelling and discourage from boss why the hell this employee will enjoy.

I think may be I prefer position, because I think if you ha position, then you have both salary and growing chance, and you can do something in your opinion, then you can do whatever you like,as long as at the scope of your duty!

i was happy with my previous work, i am paid not much, but i am happy with friends and was happy with what we do.. and the chance of promotion is very well within my reach... i just lost my interest and passion 6 years after when i was able to work with a new manager who is well, always trying to challenge my competency and was talking about me behind my back. the last thing i need are people who can't seem to move on with their lives and have found so much time trying to make other people's lives miserable.

I think most people aren't passionate about their jobs is because of money stress and lack of proper, further education. Money stress causes us to settle into careers that we wouldn't otherwise go for, and not having enough college education (or any) forces us into positions that are entry-level and pay less, thus causing money stress. I think a college education could help everyone out in this department; it's hard to get a job you enjoy unless you have a degree of some sort. It's hard to feel like you're making a difference in the world without one.

after sometime i realize that the most important things to consider when looking and engaging for a job are 1. relevance 2. salary 3. coworkers... in my first job i dont have any of the three that's why i easily quit. then i had a hard time looking for another one so i engaged in field work such as research assistant/research development that dont have the second and third.. now having the 1 and 3 and not the 3, im still very unsatisfied and has little passion towards my work. plus i think that people here depends on me even in the simplest tasks and it sucks... i actually do want to work that much because i believe im underpaid..and guess what if i wasnt, i would dwell into online earning sites like MyLot (dont get me wrong, i love MyLot now, and i soooo happy that i was able to find it.)

There are many reasons. I'd take my case for example. I have an idea of how to run my classroom. But the 30% of what we have to do isn't interesting. Maybe I think I should be paid better and maybe the students I have aren't the ones I hope in my dreams a student should be like.
