Is ROUDYCASH turning to a scam

Roudy once a very reputed site had turned scam few months back and now you can not cash out even if you try to cash out 24 hours a day you would get only one message that the maximum number of persons have been paid for the day. it is a big scam and not worth even trying to get money from it as it would be total waste of time.

Yes of course my friends that site become a scam and that site didn't paid me again.
