Hello Guys we all know that it's summer time... And i just want to know something from you. I wanna know some things that you really love to do when summer time. Whenever I Plan my summer vacation, My top priorities would be the places where I can try and see new things, enjoy good food and see interesting structures for a brief history of the place. I surf the Internet and carefully plan my daily activities to make sure that I won't miss out on anything. How about you guys?, What Preparations do you do in planning your vacation trip? I live in south Florida so we can enjoy the beaches and taking the boat out all year long. When we go on vacation we either go someplace in Florida that we've never been to...like the Keys...or we head up north to visit family. Last Sept. we went back home and then headed to Nashville because we have always wanted to visit the home of country music.

Well, we have actually made plans for summer getaway. It would be a long vacation we had to make it a point to plan ahead. We are going to Boracay, my favorite place. I would say that Boracay is a stunning beauty and would certainly go back to this place again and again. While there are beaches in the Philippines that could in a way compare in some aspects, I’d say the crystal clearness of the shallow water is still the best. I also love the fine white sand that looked so clean and bright even from afar. I actually have written about Boracay and you could go and visit it my friend if you want this is at: http://www.reviewstream.com/reviews/?p=61901. This is actually a tip on how to enjoy Boracay the cheaper way. You can rate my review if you wish. Thanks!

Ideally I would take a trip to Australia, Brazil, Chili, Mexico, Hawaii, Alaska and tour the USA. Also to France and Scotland and Italy and Greece and maybe to South Africa. But that is not realistic or in my budget unless I win the mega millions lottery or Publisher's clearing house Sweepstakes. So realistically, Home is where the heart is. Any short day trip that is free or almost free will do. Fishing on the lake or river with a picnic lunch and a swimsuit for a plunge. Fireworks at an Indian's Baseball game, Maybe a three day weekend back to my home town and camping though camping is no longer something I really enjoy all that much any more. Bones hurt and don't have a camp trailer. Or a way to tow one. An evening out dancing is okay as well. A trip to nearby museums, parks and gardens. A hike with a camera for the day and lunch with my grandkids and hubby. If we can MAYBE a trip for a weekend to the Oregon Beach but otherwises stay home and enjoy the mountain I live on and the abundance of flora and fauna in the surrounding woods and forests. Eat a dish of ice cream and play some music or sing some karaoke and visit with friends and family.

I love waterparks! Pools, waterslides, thrill rides, wave pools, I love it all! And of course summer is the best time for waterparks! (Summer is the only time for outdoor waterparks! I guess you can go to indoor waterparks anytime of the year, but I still think it's more fun in the summer!) Really, I just love to travel, and I'm up for going anywhere and doing pretty much anything. But if I had to pick an absolute favorite summer getaway, it would be to a waterpark!

Whenever summer's here, we love to go to the beach or resorts. Unfortunately, nowadays, beaches can get too crowded. So either we rent out a private pool or go to beaches that are less crowded. I usually start planning by researching through the Internet. The Internet has been a lot of help. :)

I do not really have a favorite place because I don't want to go to the same destination twice. But as long as there is a beach, that would be a great summer getaway for me.

I do not have a summer getaway, unfortunately. I am thinking of finding ways to make money and so far, I have a few ideas that are beginning to pan out. Cheers!!

I rarely go away during the summer. We just can't afford it. So my biggest "getaway" is usually a local beach, as sad as that sounds. I'd love to go pretty much anywhere - but again, there's a big constraint in our current money situation. [em]sad[/EM]

I honestly love the beachs in either Boracay or Subic in the Philippines. It's such a wonderful place. I would also love to try out Palawan as it is one of the nature-oriented places in the Philippines. I plan in spending summer in Subic this year and am very excited as I'll be spending it with my cousins whom I rarely see nowadays. It's good to celebrate the summer with loved ones as it's the only time you can celebrate it with them.
