what do you think guys are the best thing for the lady engineers of today's world?
how is their social status in the near future.. Do you know any jobs for Lady electrical engineers?.. Industrial engineers? Mechanical engineers?

i believe that there is not a single job in the world, that a lady cannot do!! Even as an electrical engineer, she can find work..its just that the people offering her the work, must have a broader perspective of thinking.. They must realize that her gender should not be an issue when it comes to her work..

Yes they must realize that women now can do what men can, so women must be treated equally. We must broeden our minds in dealing with women.

Well. for me elephantgirl I find them SEXY and SMART.
Our social market today do not really look up into what Gender you are, it somehow question on what skills, abilities, and knowledge you can impart to the society. Gender Bias is limited only to some countries but it somehow not general basis.

Man and woman have the equal position in the today's world.
All of the jobs are both for the men and women.

Yes you are right, but i think many still have gender discrimination inside them.
