well,at first i have no idea how paypal work and how eBay work..so i bid 2 item and win..but since i am not paying, the seller give me unpaid strike but they haven't give me negative feedback..which is good..
since i understand how the eBay and paypal work,i enjoying my shopping trip on eBay..only once,i haven't received my item on eBay but everything already settle by the seller refunded my money through paypal to my credit card..
other than that, everything enjoyable on eBay..
ps:before you start to bid,you must check the seller reputation, feedback and ask the question especially on shipping fees...(buy only from powerseller,if given a choice)
happy ebaying...

well one of my friends got a mobile phone from e-bay since it was rather rare and costly at the local market... even with the shipping costs and other charges it came a few bucks shorted than what it would have cost him otherwise... well that's it.. and oh, i totally agree with you..:)

I have not ordered anything from eBay and I doubt that I will. I like to know the shipping and handling costs, and also whether the item works where I live. For instance, I notice that many cellphones are sold on eBay, and I was thinking of getting one, but some only work in Asia, some only work in Europe, some in
America, and if one gets the wrong one, one has to take it back. Also sometimes people misrepresent or if you are ordering a one of a kind, they send a copy. Besides I do not like to bid on an item. With my luck, I would probably pay more then it's worth.

Ebay is usually my last resort if I can't find something. Then I research very carefully who I am buying from. I look at all their feedback and everything. So far knock on some wood it has been fine. I just ordered a flat iron so I am waiting its arrival and hoping that it fine. I get anxiety everytime I am waiting for something though becuase how do you get your money back you know?

Well, I have bought on Ebay from time to time. Most of the time I had pretty good results, but there are some you may have problems with getting your items from time to time as well. I think a lot of the people do tend to over do it on Shipping charges so you do have to definately watch that. Overall being a Buyer there has been OK for me. Compared to Selling things there, the site is not that Bad.

If the seller on EBay doesn't list the shipping price for an item to your area, it is advised to email the seller to ask a question about the shipping costs.
All buying experiences on EBay have been positive ones for me.
I am a faithful user of EBay because of the simplicity and how EBay works so well with PayPal.
In order to be sure that your experience of buying on EBay is a good one, there are a few simple rules of thumb to follow.
Check the sellers rating and read their feedback. That is number one.
If you have any questions, at all, email the seller through EBay.
Always read their terms of sale, usually listed below on the item page. This will include their return policy, if any, should you not be satisfied with your purchase once you receive it.
I highly recommend EBay.
I also use Amazon to buy online regularly. To me, they are both great places to buy online. I prefer EBay though because of the ability to use my PayPal.

I like Ebay for buying. I've bought books, movies, fabric and craft items from there. It isn't difficult and as long as you check who your buying from it's usually pretty smooth going. I also get pretty good deals on there as well.

Hello wangkai!
I have bought some products through ebay. I also sell some products over at ebay. I really have not encountered any problems with transacting through ebay. At least, none so far...

I ave brought a couple of hundred items on ebay over the years and only once have I ever had a aproblem when something didn't arrive. Even so it was only one pound and I hadn't taken out insurance so it was no big deal.
I only bid on items that quote shipping costs so I know exactly how much something is going to cost before I put my maximum bid in. I know some sellers do not ship overseas but again they normally tell you that in their item description so again it is no big deal, only bid on items from your own country or those willing to ship.

HI Wang,
You really have some annoyed experiences with ebay..I also have done some transactions at ebay and always got my time in time and at right shipping as well as copetitive price..and the reason of that I bought from sellers with previous record and feedbacks which helped me to know the seller and I alswys asked questions about shipping if it was not clear, which also helped me... Hope you get good deal next time..

yes i've bought quite a few things from ebay. i started from my local ebay site for used items. since then, i've 'upgraded' to ebay overseas for brand new items. so far i've been lucky and my experiences are quite pleasant. some items cost as little as a fifth of what it does in the stores. i guess i'll continue using ebay as the pros far outweigh the cons. cheers

I purchase off ebay quite frequently and have always had smooth and easy transactions. If a shipping cost is not listed all you have to do is message the seller and as and they will tell you before the auction is over so you know. I highly recommend using ebay - you can always seem to get things a lot cheaper on there & it's way more covenient when you don't live in a town like me!

I'm sorry to hear that you've had some bad experiences with Ebay, but I've been buying from Ebay for years now, and I've never had a problem with them. First of all, before I decide to buy from a seller I always look at their feedback status, if its good and if everybody thats bought from them in the past haven't had any problems I'll buy from them. Most sellers do post their shipping cost, and it will usually have a place on there where you can calculate it by using your zip code. As for me, they've been good to me all this time. I personally wouldn't shop anywhere else, I've gotten some good bargains on there.

Hey there! No, I find Ebay very convenient. No, they show you the shipping cost. I don't know but I think you just didn't saw. Ebay very easy and convenient to use. I can find the items that I am looking for and I can narrow down my search to find the specific items that I need. Have a nice day. Happy posting!!

I have been selling on ebay since 2002. I always state my shipping costs in my auction. I have been buying a lot of things this year and have not had any problems (yet).

I haven't done too much, just some phones and books and cds. I like it, but sometimes I get a bad phone or cd and that sucks and can be a hassle to return it and get your money back. It's a gamble but I think some people do benefit greatly off of it. It's cool too that I can sell some stuff on it. I have before and have never recieved any complaints...it just takes some time and responsibility. In teh end it depends if you ar going to save or make a lot of money you could not anywhere else and it's worth the hassle. I used to be like you about ebay but I gave it another chance.
