In my opinion its wrong becouse it takes many life including Suicide attacker. Many children have lost their paraents in such attacks. Many families lost their hope in shape of son brother father etc. i think Suicide attacks have very miner impacts on Government but u can see the Horrible impacts on those families who lost their Beloveds in Attacks.
