When Queen performed with Pavarotti in "Too Much Love Will Kill You" what was the name of the singer if it wasn't Freddy Mercury? I like Queen but really don't know much about their history.

From recollection Queen have performed it twice with Pavarotti once in 1992 and again in 2003. It was written by Brian May about his marriage problems so think it is only Pavarotti, Brian May and Roger Taylor who appear on it.

That timeline makes sense. I loved the performance, very moving.

It was a good performance but without Freddie Mercury it misses something. The Live Aid show from 1985 always sends a chill down my spine from the performance of Queen.
