I think tea is better than coffeee, but I don't know about the amount of consumption. My mom has coffee at 4 PM daily, she does it for years and when she won't have it on time, she will get a kind of head ache. Coffee is a kindo f addictive. So, it is better to have coffee once in a while and have tea as full time.

I'll choose both because both of them contribute to have healthier body, they say that coffee is anti-oxidant, while tea removes the toxic waste inside your body, and make your skin lighten? correct me if I am wrong...(lolz)

i think tea is better than coffee. especially green tea because according te research, a natural caffeine in green tea can burn fat by increasing body heat. there is also evidence, in the chemical substances in tea may protect the muscles, control your Glucose in your blood, increase the body's resistance, to kill harmful bacteria, prevent heart disease, cancer and tumor.

In my opinion, tea is good for you. Decaffeinated tea is better. Decaffeianted herbal tea is even better.
If you're going to drink it for it's 'health' factor, you should drink either green, white or red tea. Tea with honey is better for you than tea with sugar.
It's actually all dependant on who you ask, and/or what you're own personal preference is. Everyone can give their opinion, but there's nothing really that's set in stone.
