My computer programmer friend always complains about his job. It's not more than a year after graduated from college,so he lacks of experience. 'Well',he said, that's the reason why his boss pushes all the extra work onto him. works later and has to sacrifice his weekends. I will accept it if I get a pretty good salary. But his boss never said or express it in other words that his salary will get raised, although his is low. does he deserve an extra money ,or continue to work until he's skillful and gets a good impression?

I honestly believe that his boss has a reason for doing something. It is quite common to newcomers that the boss seem to be the terror in one's life but I do think that his boss only thinks of him as a great asset. Making him prepare for the future plans he has for him. If I were your friend, I'd prefer having a boss who makes me wanna do something as I do believe that it prepares me in being a high-rank official. I usually hear that it is those who are harsh to you is those who love or believe in you the most.

Salary is nothing without experience and expertise. If one has both then it is quite easy to find a better-paying job. Cheers!!
