That is the star beside your name. You will get the star when you reach 100th post. The star is from 1 to 10. So try to make a good response or discussion then people will give positive rate to you. So you will get a nice star number when you reach 100th post. After you get it, you can increase it by making a good response again and people will rate you positively, so your star number will increase. But if you get the negative rate, your star number will drop down. Notice that your star number won't directly move up like 8 to 9 or 9 to 10 and so on when you get positive rate. Because the first number move up is the reputation score that you can see by moving your cursor to the star. It like this 81/100 or 100/100. So this number will move up first then after reach one target that I know 95/100 the star number from 9 will change into 10. That's all I know. Keep post happy myLotting...
