I'm doing a lot of stress eating. I make up my mind to watch what I eat and to get back to my exercise routine but I'm so stressed out all the time, I end up eating when or what I shouldn't and I'm always tired again.
It really feels like i"m back to square one with my weight and everything else.

I too had something like that here a month ago because my boyfriend of nearly a half of year dumped me. Big deal...but we'd known eachother for almost seven years and now he never talks to me. Anywho, after the breakup, yeah...I ate and ate. I couldn't get enough of it, it was as if it was occupying my thoughts of HIM.
Since your deal is more stress than depression, I would suggest raw veggies. Stress people tend to want that "crunch!" and raw carrots and celery have that crunch and plus it's healthy. Rice cakes are another good thing. There are other healthy options, but I wouldn't sware on it totally. Remember, if you're stressed, I see no reason why you couldn't indulge in something "bad", providing you know your limit.
Good luck!
