We can't say that Indian Education is better then all Foreign Education, may be we are better then most of them in studies, but still lack to few of them.
However, its not that the people going outside India have a reason of better education then India, but they know that the study culture at some places are better then India. That matters a lot, and also effects a lot on total Education System.
They have different patterns of teaching, which makes education more interesting, and not just books to memorize.
Just like them, in India also some school and colleges have started following them, and I hope, even if we wont be able to be par to them, we'll be equal to them in the matter of education very soon.

I am not sure how better the foreign education is, but I am sure Indian education is very good. Most of the schools and colleges have very well educated teachers who teach the subjects very well. Most of the books are available in library and this is helpful for the students for reference. I think the Indian colleges covers a vast amount of subjects. Overall, I feel the Indian education is good.
