I always wonder if people in the workplace are sincere. They have colleagues and friends in the workplace. However, my experience told me that we cannot trust them. At the end of the day, their problem is bigger than mine. If I hit into problems, well, that is my problem. Not theirs. Made me feel like I don't want to know my colleagues or at least keep most of them at arms' length. I used to think bosses keep their distance to show they are powerful. Now I know that we cannot trust people. Trust no one.
