Making a movie... NEED HELP!!!

Every day I run movie lines through my head. I think of how I would write and direct a movie. I have some great ideas, I think, but I don't know where to start. I have a video camera, and I have a few friends. But most of these scenes of mine take place at school or in public places. Please help!!!

What specifically do you need help with? I find your questioning to be all over the place and no real question has been asked. Please specify what it is you need help with. How to use the video camera, how to use the proper software, which people you should use, what places you should go, what equipment you may need, props, makeup, hair, printing out scripts.

Mainly I need help with making this in public places, such as school. It's not in need of any makeup, as it will just be a simple drama, like Garden State. I know how to use the camera. Should I just go for it and see if it works out at school? What other choice do I have?

I think you are creative person. But still movie making require lots of skills. And good contacts in film industry as well. It is very risky business.
