why sushi is so popular in the States?

In general, Sushi is one of the popular Japanese cuisine that is known to the world. Especially in the states, many Japanese restaurant had good sale on Sushi. What really makes sushi so attractive to general public? What makes it taste so good just with a raw fish filet on top of sticky rice?

Sushi is a lot more than raw fish on sticky rice. Have you tried sushi before? There are many different kinds of it and in addition to being very delicious it is a good choice when trying to eat healthy.
