Would you rather have a MAN or WOMAN for a BOSS

I hate to work under women..it is just to much competition.I do not know what it is but for some strange reason women always have to compete with each other...FOR WHAT.. I would rather work under a man...any day..they are more laid back and just want to get the job done....Men are not picky and things do not have to be a certain way..they just want everything done at the end of the day. Not women, it has to be done there way or the highway...get over yourself..kick rocks....I will take a man for a boss any day!!!

I prefer a man. My boss is female and she likes to have all the attention on her. If anyone else is getting more than her, she starts to act shady or she has a problem complimenting other women. She doesn't think anybody looks better than her. I don't compete with anyone. I just be myself and that's it. So sad...
