I have earned $8.15 in helium page views this month so far

Today I have checked and I have made $8.15 in page views alone for this month, and there is still a day left. I know this is not a fortune but last month I only made $3.72 so its a massive improvement.
I am so addicted to Helium and published two more articles there today. Next month I hope to make in excess of $10. My page views and article portfolio are growing every month along with my earnings and it makes me so happy.
For all those starting out with Helium who are ony making a few cents each month hang in there and keep writing you will get there, the same way I have
Has anyone else's Helium page view earnings increased this month?

That is awesome!! Keep up your writing. Mine have but not by much. Of course, I have only contributed a couple of articles this month.

Where do you write? For Helium, and if so what is your username, and I can go and check out some of your articles. Writing is a wonderful way to generate passive income. I try and set goals to complete between 25-30 articles a month on Helium alone. I also write for some other sites too.

Hmmm.... you know I can't resist commenting on this one.
30 articles a month at $15 per article is $450 if you'd submitted them to a writing market or you could do it your way and earn $8.00 a month for pageviews on the same work at the Helium slave-market.
Such a waste of great emerging writing talent. What do I have to do to help you build your confidence far enough?
You'll find that I have a Helium profile. I created it after readers on my blog told me I wasn't allowed to criticize it until I'd tried it. Here's my results.

I don't know how you're doing it...but I've been with Helium for about 2 years and I haven't even made it to 8 bucks yet! Haven't gotten any kind of payout from them yet.

I write about a lot of stuff, whatever catches my eye.
Movies, Beauty, Pets, Creative Writing. I have a lot of different article genres there. I mostly just post on here about my articles...I don't really have/know any other way I could get the word around.

I dont promote my articles that much, I just write to popular high paying topics. I notice you post some creative writings, these do not pay well at all. The key is to pick topics like work at home, writing jobs, health issues, how to save money etc. If you write to the popular niches I am sure you will see an improvement

Hey there! First up, congratulations man. What is helium? I haven't heard nor use it. How do they pay? Do they pay through PayPal or Alertpay? What kind of articles do we have to post there? I hope you'll reach your goal. Good luck! Have a nice day. Happy posting!

That's awesome! Good for you :) I have been a member of Helium for a long time, and have had very little luck with earnings. In fact, even when I am active and have Ratings stars, I don't earn at all. What is your secret? I'd love to be more involved in Helium, but it's just kind of discouraging when I earn nothing there. I use Associated Content and do much better!

What channels are you writing too? Perhaps they are not profitable and you are just not getting enough page views. I have heard some Helium members saying that they earn nothing from the creative writing channel for example, whilst health, pharmaceuticals and personal finance pay very well

Sigh. Your articles are well articulated and nicely laid out. It's a shame you wasted them at the slave-paying site instead of selling them for what they're really worth. Imagine if you could have sold those two articles you wrote today for $25 EACH. That's a little better than a couple of cents per page view.
You really need to work on that self-confidence and get out into the actual writing markets instead of playing in the slave markets.

I haven't seen the articles Heart, but you are getting some wonderful feedback. May you at least consider checking it out before submitting your next article. Don't sell yourself short. If the site is underpaying you, they won't tell you so. Never know.

Those articles were not good enough for $25 each, it took me 20 minutes to do each of them, and I earned $4 for them plus whatever I get in page views. I didnt need to do any research at all.
Thanks for your comments and I do promise to check out some of thsoe high paying markets that you have been telling me about

I don't research my finance articles either - and they only should take 20 minutes to write. That's around normal. But I have read your Helium offerings and you'll get WAY more per article than they're paying even through some of the other sites I've already pointed out to you.
(((p.s. Oh my! I think I'm getting through to a writer with great talent and obvious skill that it's okay to break into the higher paying markets. It's been a good day!)))

Hi there Heartbreaker08! First of all, a big congrats to you for the massive improvement in earnings you have obtained from Helium this month! I know how it feels like to have such a great leap in earnings, especially when you know that you have poured you effort into writing those articles. Anyway, I am also a member of Helium, and my earnings have been quite stagnant over the last few months. I haven't been writing articles for the past 4 to 5 months, and I think I can attribute that to my stagnant earnings. But I feel that I am quite happy with my current earnings rate; I am earning about $15 a month with about 180 articles. Nowadays I am quite busy with my full-time job, and it's quite difficult to find some spare time just to write a decent article. That is why I am just waiting for a public holiday or something so I have the chance to add one or two articles to Helium (and earn some extra cash from the Upfront Payments thingy as well ). Still, it would be good to see an increase in earnings if that is possible......

180 articles on Helium is good going, I too went through a quiet spell but now I set targets each and every month to increase my earnings. You are doing well with your $15 a month on page views, you only need another $10 to make payout every month. A few articles each month would help you achieve that. I have actually heard that daily revenue has decreased due to the recession so I am pleased that I am still earning a decent amount for the small number of articles I have.

I have almost reached my target of $30 in page views alone at Helium this month.
I was lucky enough to have one of my articles featured on the Helium home page over the weekend, so that gave a boost to my earnings. It's the second time this year I've had an article on the home page. It really shows how more views make more money.
March was not my best month for earning at Helium but some of the articles I submitted this month already earned more than some articles I wrote a year ago, so the coming months will provide more passive income for me.
Tomorrow I will find out how much I've earned in upfront payments at Helium this month.

Yes it's good to get some articles in early and know you already have upfront earnings coming next month. I also wish you success at other paying writing sites.

Congrats for having an article on the homepage, it surely would bring welcome traffic and increase your earnings. I cannot wait to see how much I have earned this month in upfront payments, and even better is the fact that I have written 6 articles towards May upfront payments. I like to get started early and achieve my goals for the month ahead. I think I may submit to some higher writing sites this month and try my luck, never know if I dont try.

I think that's great for you. I haven't been active on Helium lately so I'm not earning anything this month but you're doing a good job. Once you get more articles and exposure on there you're bound to start earning more. I'm actually planning on returning to the site sometimes soon. But good luck and keep on writing.

We you have encouraged me because i just joined Hlium this month, so i don't know if I will make money there or not. I wonder how many articles you have there and how you get so many page views? I am kind of jealous! I write under the same name (ljbinkop) on helium, so i would love it if you would look me up!

I have 72 articles at the minute. I get page views because my articles are rated near the top of the titles and I also write to popular channels, for example work at home. I also write to high paying topics such as health and finance. I will look you up next time I visit Helium and look at some of your articles. For my article titles visit my blog, I have my helium links on there

I published my second helium article a couple days ago and told over 200 people about it. I have been getting a lot of email comments from those who have read it
and then I figured out I needed two more articles to get a rating star. It won't take me long to do to more but now I wonder about the page views I have already gotten.
@Heartbreaker08 (684)

Ohh thats a shame these page views will be lost. You need to have at least one rating star to earn from page views. Once you get this star your page views will count. Do not let this dishearten you, and keep writing.

I have some time off from work starting now so I am going to see what I can turn out in the next few days. I guess it's consolation that most people don't check emails that often and havne't read my message yet.

I also writ for helium but haven't gotten any stars yet so I don't get paid. It's frustrating it seems like I should have a star by now. So many of my articles are at the top number 1 spot in topics and I've already done about 50 ratings Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Also I asked in the forum there and I haven't gotten a reply. But I like the fact that they accept non exclusive articles there.

I have just started with Helium, I wrote a article regarding the real estate recession in my area, of course trying for the $200.00. But, I haven't had the time yet, to find the other ways of earning money on Helium. But, I do find it very interesting. And, plan to all ways of earning any income.
