i want to lessen weight any natural tips without taking medicine?

I don't know if you heard this one, Banana diet, one of my friend tried this one, i see the results to her, she really lose weights but for me it didn't work. Who knows, to you it might be effective. In the morning when you wake up, eat 2 bananas. After an hour or when you feel hungry, eat anything you like. She said she eat chocolates, lots of rice, pork, beef, anything. But you have to exercise also, with her she do a lot of biking. For me, what i did is i enroll in the gym and i hire a personal trainer. I dont eat at night or what they call after six.

hi there i hope your taking 3 times meals daily, cancel one time meal i.e afternoon meal you will be having problem for few days after that nothing will happen, i had tried this i gotta result also i lose my wait for 5 kgs

i think losing weight is not a seeming-difficult task you have to contrate on in your routine life.to the best, you are able to perform a kind of healthy way of your life,and take losing your weight as a natural way of life.maybe in this way you can be in great mood in doing that and don't think it seriously .after all,it's not within short term that you can acquire what you want.not eating too much meat containing fat,forthermore you'd better develop some habits such as jogging,rope-skipping,and the forth.heheh,if just you don't satisfy your figure,but the people around you don't agree with you,maybe you have been strict with yourself.i know a saying:people everywhere has a heart of beauty.be good to yourself!have a great day when reading my reply.
