When you installed some big softwares such as micromedia flash, fireworks, dreamweaver, photoshop,or 3DMAX which are a little bit complicated for us to learn. Will you buy some relevant books or just read online mannuals.

For me, if a manual is needed I just download the e-book version of it or books related to that program. That way when I'm finished with them I can delete them or save them to a CD for later referrence. It save money and shelf space. I started doing this about 6 months back and I can honestly say what a time saver. I can download the books for free, no more going to a book store or hoping that the book I ordered online is the right one.

I always prefer online documents, as they are having less effect on the environment. As I work in IT, I see how much paper is vasted all around the world just to print out infromation that is not going to be used or even read.
