When do you go to bed at night??

during holidays i sleep at 1 or 2 but now i have to sleep at around 9:30 and wake up at 6 as i have to go to college early..

Before moving to this campus,i usually go to bed at approximately 1`clock.But in the new campus,due to the discipline of cutting off the light at 11:30 on time,i am now on the bed at 00:00. Sometimes,the environment around plays a great role in the time falling asleep.

same here, i usually go to bed around 11pm if i'm working the next day. if i'm not working then i'll sleep a bit later

I am a student and i have to study till 11.00.Then i go to bed and bfore falling asleep i generally read a story book

Most of the time i go to bed late at night around 11pm coz i am watching program in television or myloting. Happy posting.

Hey... I do sleep at around 1 in the morning. Usually my work starts in the afternoon. I do have all the time to sleep in the morning.

I always like sleep for 7 or 8 hour. Most of time I sleep at 2 AM or some time even 4 AM. I usually spend my time on internet with my sites and reason for late night sleeping is that at the night I can do my work without any disturbance as well as internet is quite fast at that time.

I go to bed at very random times as I work at an after hours centre. Some nights I'm in bed at 10pm, other nights I start work at 8pm and don't get to bed until 6am! In an ideal world, I would probably go to bed at around 10-11pm. I like to watch TV like you and chill out on the couch. I ama nightowl, I like to read and do everything at night when I have the chance.

Hi Friend, I also sleep late in night.. I go to bed after 12 o'clock.. This is my rregular routine and I know it's not good. Hope to sleep early to get up early. happy Mylotting

Me too ritefangfangliliang, i usually get to sleep at 11 o'clock pm. I have many preparations and ritual that i do before going to sleep. But sometimes if im so tired enough i go to bed early that usual.

I always go to bed at 12 o'clock pm every day!but it will be later at weekend.

I am a college student in Hangzhou and usually go to bad after 12 o'clock. At night, I will go to the classroom and study until 10 o'clock. Then I go back to dormitory and chat with my roommates or do washing. Next, I will play computer for about one or two hours, mainly surf on the internet. Yesterday I went to bad at one o'clock, and got up at 7:15 in the morning~~~
