How often you EXCERCISE to loose WEIGHT?

for me, i've been into gym for a month, i stop workin out because i dont have company or frinds who is willing to work out into the gym, Since i stop going to the gym, i made an alternative in that, i do push ups, sit-ups more walking everyday and also jogging, mostly jog in place,hehehehhe I am a health consious person, i eat nutriotious food to have a healthy body, and i can say that i am healthy because i feel well everyday, its just once in a blue moon that i am getting sick, and i know i am healthy in mind body and soul, How Bout you can you share some tips on how to loose weight faster than the excercise that i mensioned?tnx

Good to know from you, have healthy body for which you are taking care on your foods and exercising daily. I am not into loose weight because i am not a fat person but i know exercise makes us healthy keeps our body and soul strong. So i walk around 2 km early in the morning and sometimes little push up etc.

Good for you for having a healthy body, you mean your walking 2kms on the street everyday? is that a very good excercise? well im not that fat too but a have baby fats..i think its pretty normal right? thanks for sharin what you have. i hope to hear more about you in my discussions okay..thanks
