Nature loves symmetry..it has proved again. What EC could not do in respect of Sanjay Dutt, SC has done it. Now Sanju Baba will no longer be in the fray....as already stated by the political and business broker of India..Manyata may contest the election..

You have a deep interest in politics, which is good because young people don't get involved into such politics issues. Even I tend to avoid these discussions.
If Manyata can contest this election then it means that a wife of a terrorist is contesting the election, which is not that differnt than a terrorist contesting, don't you think?

This is the best point with Sanjay that TADA court has waved all the charges of terrorism against him. Now, he is a criminal...who was according to Mahesh Bhatt, a child when he did this crime...the child was 34 year old, and his childhood don't allow him to think what it mean to keep a Kalashnikov and assault rifles...is not it rubbish?
the fact is, though he is not a terrorist, he has done something wrong and yet not get punishment. He deserves punishment and there should not be any sympathy.

vipinl: Just because He is Sanjay Dutt, doesn't mean that he gets the licsence to things which is wrong.
Well said, Rashmie. Whatever he did was wrong and bad too but the problem here is that in our law it only sees a person, not a family. While in society we see a family. How many times a good family would marry to a family where one guy is a terrorist? Zero!
But in Indian Law, every criminal is using his wife to get entered into Parliament. This is wrong. If a person is a criminal, his/her spouse must not get a ticket to enter into biggest pariliament of the world.
