1. Taken from a respondent from my other discussion, it is better to take smaller meals at greater intervals rather than having heavier meals three times a day. Our metabolism can easily break down food at smaller amount and our stomach will not expand.
2. Breakfast is important. It is needed for our body's energy for the whole day. Also, we will eat more at the later meals if we skip it. If you want to skip a meal, prefer skipping dinner, especially when you have no more activities after that.
3. Don't intake extra protein. If you want to build muscles, taking in extra protein won't help. The body will only use what it needs and it won't store extra protein for future use. Instead, they'll be use as energy or become saturated fat.
4. Prefer skim milk or low-fat milk. It have the same quantity of nutrients but lesser fat and cholesterol.
